Desborough Town Council chairman says he won't resign over 'no confidence' vote
A councillor responsible for increasing council tax by 400% in Desborough has defended the decision.
Desborough Town Council chairman, Councillor Alan Matthews, was speaking after residents last night passed a vote of no confidence in the council and the tax increase.
Cllr Matthews defended the decision, saying some of the money will be spent on parking and the vote will not change his plans...
