John Vine on the risk of migrant boats crossing the English Channel
Immigration enforcement officials are continuing to question 20 people, believed to be Albanian migrants, who were rescued from a boat off the Kent coast at the weekend. Two British people are among those rescued and there is speculation they may have been people traffickers.
John Vine, former independent chief inspector of Border and Immigration, discusses whether this is set to become a new phase in the European migrant crisis.
