Landlords 'taking advantage,' say borough council
The average rental price for a two bedroom property in Kettering has risen by almost 拢200 in the last four years.
John Conway, the head of housing at Kettering Borough Council, says landlords are "taking advantage" of rising rents which has lead to increase in homelessness in the town.
