Margo Price the American singer-songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee performs live for Jo Whiley on Radio 2.

Margo performs music from her recent album - Midwest Farmer's Daughter which was released through Jack White's record label, Third Man Records and recorded at the legendary Sun Studios. She grew up in Aledo, Illinois and after dropping out of college, Margo moved to Nashville in 2003 where she soon met bass player and future husband Jeremy Ivey.

Margo recently broke through into the mainstream music world in America after performing on hit TV show Saturday Night Live, which was hosted by Russell Crowe.
