Outlook Inspirations nominee Kees Veldboer was an ambulance driver in Rotterdam, when he helped a terminally ill man fulfill his dying wish in 2006. This inspired Kees to set up the Ambulance Wish Foundation, which helps the dying to achieve their final dreams.
