Presenter Prof Iain Stewart surveys what鈥檚 left of the abandoned oil works at Albyn, near Broxburn. Once, hundreds of people worked here, refining oil from the heated and crushed shale rock, before the remains were dumped into the massive 鈥渂ings鈥� - man made mountains of ash.
