The closure of children's centre in Northamptonshire is 'a shame' says one mother but the county council say it's a choice between buildings or people.

Northamptonshire County Council's cabinet has approved the closure of eight children's centres across the county and move a further 14 into libraries due to 拢3m budget cut to the centres.
