Ragtime
Jazz saxophonist Soweto Kinch introduces ragtime music (popular from 1895 to around 1918) and Scott Joplin’s classic track the ‘Maple Leaf Rag’ written in1899. Soweto is joined by Nick Jurd (double bass) and Jonathan Silk (drums) to perform their own version of the track live in the studio.
