Should nursery staff have Grade C GCSEs?

Chief executive of the London Early Years Foundation June O鈥橲ullivan discussed the new minimum requirement of GCSEs for new nursery staff, starting in September.

The requirement for new nursery staff in England to have at least grade C GCSE passes in English and Maths will lead to "catastrophic" staff shortages and should be scrapped, campaigners say.
