A cafe in Norwich that wants to extend its opening hours has met with opposition from local residents.
Cafe Istanbul on Dereham Road serves coffee and tea, and allows customers to smoke shisha pipes. It now wants to remain open until 03:00, as a lot of its business comes from workers in the restaurant and takeaway trade. People living nearby have raised concerns about noise if the plan is approved.
