Panama Papers leak prompts tax haven scrutiny
Panama will set up a special Commission to consider the fallout of the leak of millions of documents from the law firm Mossack Fonseca. With tax havens being pressed to allow more transparency, economist Irwin Stelzer, from the Hudson Institute in Washington, claims there should also be a focus on the source of secretive funds and why the money is being transferred offshore by rich people.
