A new way of providing pain relief is being offered to patients in north Norfolk.

The treatment, Qutenza, is based on an ancient theory of managing pain using the chilli plant.

Cromer Hospital uses a super-strength chilli application applied through a patch to the skin that is strong enough to stun nerve endings for up to three months.
