Kemal Pervanic, a survivor of the Bosnian War, and biographer Robert Donia speak about Radovan Karadzic, who faces multiple counts of genocide and crimes against humanity.

The International Criminal Tribunal will rule on Thursday in the case of Radovan Karadzic, the former Bosnian-Serb leader accused of genocide and crimes against humanity during the war in Bosnia from 1992 to 1995.

We spoke to Kemal Pervanic, a survivor of the Bosnian War, and Robert Donia, a biographer of Karadzic who was an expert witness in the trial.
