The International Criminal Tribunal will rule on Thursday in the case of Radovan Karadzic, the former Bosnian-Serb leader accused of genocide and crimes against humanity during the war in Bosnia from 1992 to 1995.
We spoke to Kemal Pervanic, a survivor of the Bosnian War, and Robert Donia, a biographer of Karadzic who was an expert witness in the trial.
