Teaching English to the future leaders of North Korea
In 2011 the writer Suki Kim secured access to the children of the North Korean elite by going undercover as a teacher at an exclusive university in Pyongyang, which is funded by evangelical Christian organisations. She told Owen Bennett Jones about her experience of living in North Korea, and teaching English to the country's future leaders.
