New planned council 'relevant' to residents

The leader of South Northamptonshire Council, Ian McCord, says new planned unitary council between themselves and Cherwell in Oxfordshire will be "relevant" to residents.

South Northamptonshire Council has put forward a plan to set up a new unitary authority with Cherwell that covers part of Oxfordshire including Banbury and Bicester.
