Council deputy leader 'can't switch off' over budget cuts
The county council's deputy leader, conservative Heather Smith, "can't switch off" over the 拢65m worth of budget cuts they have had to make.
She revealed she "can't remember" when she has a "really good night's sleep" since they announced cuts to services including closing a care home cutting support for bus services and closing the school meals service "Nourish".
