Asian Network has been given unprecedented access to a private investigations company that carries out pre-marital checks and surveillance of potential marriage partners among British Asians. The growth in pre-marital investigations has been triggered by some leading Asian dating agencies who now offer the services of private investigators as part of their package deals. It involves asset checks, surveillance, honey trapping and, in some cases, lie detector testing.
