This programme has learnt that the 91热爆 Office is to set up a new committee to regulate scientific experiments involving human/animal hybrids or 'chimeras'.

Today programme Science editor Tom Feilden reports and we hear from Professor Martin Bobrow, chair of the Academy of Medical Sciences report: Animals Containing Human Material, which forms the basis of the new regulations.
