Disabled people taught self-defence
Vulnerable adults in Norwich are learning martial arts to boost their self-confidence.
The courses are being organised by the Norfolk and Norwich Scope Association.
The charity hopes it will help them combat the verbal and physical and verbal abuse they encounter.
Self-defence expert Gary Brown, teacher of the classes, says "it doesn't matter" if you're able-bodied or not, you can still learn.
