Why have Poland-EU relations soured?
Relations between the EU and Poland, the sixth largest economy in the union, have soured over controversial media and judicial reforms introduced by the new government in Warsaw.
The Eurosceptic Law and Justice party swept to power in elections last year, and this week the Polish Prime Minister was called to Strasbourg to explain herself to MEPs at their monthly plenary meeting.
