Blood Donations
Blood is something we all expect to be there for us when we need it, yet less than 3% of people actively give blood - many people would not be alive today if it wasn't for the generosity of donors.
After a discussion both producer Sophie and Rob, decided to take the decision to go and donate blood.
They both felt nervous, but did they go ahead with it?
