Busiest day at Royal Mail sorting office
It's the busiest day of the year for the Royal Mail, with staff working flat out to deliver a first-class festive postal service to their customers.
The sorting office in Norwich expects to handle more than two million letters, packages and parcels today.
By Christmas, manager John O'Shea says they'll have processed 35 million items.
