Vellum producer concerned about Parliament cuts
For centuries laws and decisions, such as the Magna Carta, have been printed on vellum, a material made from animal hide.
Now there are plans to stop using it at Westminster to save cash, which could be bad news for the country's last remaining vellum maker in Newport Pagnell.
