Turkey is to pay the price for shooting down a Russian warplane - a series of economic sanctions imposed on Ankara by Moscow. Trade, transport and tourism are being restricted and investment projects could be halted. Fadi Hakura of Royal Institute for International Affairs explains how much damage these sanctions will do to Turkey's economy.

Leaders from almost 200 countries are preparing to head for Paris to try to hammer out a universal agreement on tackling climate change.
