When Bobbi Brown started her career in 1980s New York, the blond Scandinavian look was in fashion, but she was disappointed at what was available to women who looked like her. She started her company with a small collection of lipsticks, and with a career spanning three decades, she's become synonomous with the clean polished look loved by women all over the world. Here, she discusses building a successful business and encouraging inclusiveness in an exclusive industry.
