World leaders at the G20 summit vowed determination to do more to combat terrorism. Targeted financial sanctions, greater exchange of information between nations and tackling the funding of terror groups are all measures being considered. So-called Islamic State is considered to be one of the most well-funded terrorist groups in the world. Tom Keating is director of the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies at the Royal United Services Institute in London. Susannah Streeter asked him where the flows of money are coming from.
