Gloucestershire Police have said sorry to the family of Hollie Gazzard for failing to piece together vital information which her family say could have helped to prevent her murder.

The twenty year old was stabbed fourteen times by her ex-boyfriend Asher Maslin in February 2014. But today it's emerged he'd been arrested 23 times in the six years leading up to her death.
