The Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt is setting out details of the Government's proposed new contracts for junior doctors in a letter to 50,000 medics in England.
This move comes the day before the British Medical Association starts balloting members on industrial action.
Speaking on the programme was Jeremy Hunt, Health Secretary, and Dr Johann Malawana, chair of the BMA Junior Doctors Committee.
