Cockling

Sarah learns the art of Cockling on Barra Beach. The beach, which is used as an airport several times a day also happens to be one of the most productive Cockle beaches in the islands. Donald Maclean, who runs a shellfish company on the island, gives Sarah a lesson in Cockling.
