An Islamic charity in Leicester is providing free training to help young people stay safe in the community.

The Tayba Trust has set up crucial training for al Muslim leaders, teachers and volunteers to help them learn more about safeguarding and child protection issues across the region.

Up to fifty representatives from across Leicestershire and Birmingham mosques attended the session this weekend.
