World football's governing body, Fifa, has announced reforms aimed at cleaning up its tarnished reputation. Simon Chadwick, professor of sport business strategy at Coventry University, tells us why it is so difficult for Fifa to instigate change and why reform will be a long process. Also, Jane O'Brein reports on Swansea City AFC's attempts to crack the US market, where football - or soccer as the Americans call it - is one of the country's fastest-growing sports.
