An explosion has killed at least 28 people and injured about 100 others near the Turkish border with Syria; Chad's former president Hissene Habre goes on trial for alleged human rights abuses in a landmark trial in Senegal; FIFA president Sepp Blatter says integrity checks and term limits will be introduced for top officials at the organisation.
