Former winner of Wimbledon Marion Bartoli describes feeling like "the underdog" before playing her first match against Venus Williams.

Bartoli said Wimbledon has "two separate locker rooms". The first is "past champion and top-seeds locker room" which is upstairs whilst the locker room for "all the other players" is downstairs.

"The first time I played against Venus she was upstairs, I was downstairs. The referee comes to collect you from the downstairs locker room and you see your opponent waiting for you up the stairs. Psychologically to take those stairs up to her you feel very much like the underdog and not at their level."
