Property prices are booming in Market Harborough. Two years ago the median average house price in the town was 195 thousand pounds, but that's soared to 221 thousand in two years - making the town jump to the top of the East Midlands property ladder for the first time. The Telegraph newspaper has added the area to it's top ten list of commuter super-towns - after house prices went up by around 26 thousand in just the last two years.
