Rachel is taught the modern-day version of what has turned out to be an old classic.

Artur Biernat and Damian Kutryb from GFF Damian dance studios in Manchester teach Rachel how to 'twerk' with the help of their dance student Nay.

'Twerk' is one of the newest words to be added to the Oxford English Dictionary but researchers were surprised to discover that the word dates back to the 1820s.
