Vaughan: I thought England 'were going to let everyone down'

Michael Vaughan explains how England's heavy defeat in the first 2005 Ashes Test led to doubts he revealed to his wife.

The former England captain admitted his side had "been 'bigged' up to be this great team, this new white hope of the England cricket nation and we're going to let everyone down if we're not careful".

Vaughan's team mate Andrew Flintoff reveals a sports psychologist helped overcome worries following the opening defeat.

"I was playing scenarios through in my head. Picturing the next test match at Edgbaston," said the 37-year-old all-rounder.
