A three-year-old aboriginal girl was left in tears after being told 鈥淓lsa isn鈥檛 black,鈥� when she was dressed as the Frozen film character at a Melbourne shopping centre.

Mum Rachel said daughter Samara was 鈥渟hocked and started to cry鈥� when another mother at the Disney event they were attending made the comments. Her daughters told Samara: 鈥淏lack is ugly鈥�.

鈥淚t breaks your heart,鈥� Rachel said. 鈥淏ut I didn鈥檛 retaliate with any negativity because I didn鈥檛 want to show my daughter that鈥檚 how you react to situations like that鈥�.

Samara and Rachel have since received messages of support from all over the world.
