Assisted dying is back in the news as a father of three ends his life at a clinic in Switzerland. Jeffrey Spector, who was 54 and from Lancashire, died on Friday following a six-year illness. He had an inoperable growth on his spine and faced being paralysed from the neck down. A local mother tells us why she now supports the move after watching her sons slow and painful death.
