He tells us he is concerned that cuts to legal aid have made it more difficult for poorer people to get access to justice, and that it is clear the system needs to be improved. Lord Neuberger also discusses the lack of diversity among Supreme Court judges, and explains how the European Courts overrule British laws and court rulings far less frequently than people might think.
