QPR's Ramsey: I watch Eastenders before managing a Premier League game
QPR boss Chris Ramsey says he tends to watch Eastenders or a film before a game to help deal with pre-match nerves.
“I don’t like that hour and a half before games. It drags so I tend to watch a film. Once you’ve done your team talk and named the team what can you do? I’m an Eastenders fan, but I’ll watch anything to take my mind off the game.
Ramsey also says he still helps out with his son's Sunday league team, despite being in charge of a Premier League side.
“You have to live a normal life. If we have a game on a Sunday afternoon, I’ll go and run the line in my son’s team if it’s my turn. I’m a parent. I’ll go and pick him up as well.
“This week I won’t have to do it as we kick off early (vs Chelsea).
“I’m a very good linesman by the way!"
