IKEA Bans Hide-and-Seekers from Dutch Store

The Swedish home furnishing store, IKEA, is a dream location for adults to play hide and seek in. Several thousand people were all going to hide and seek in a store in Eindhoven, until the outlet refused permission. In fact IKEA has decided to ban several games in the Netherlands that were being organised on Facebook. The organisers say they will hold it in another location. They want to break the world record for the largest-ever game of hide-and-seek - which is held by a game in Chengdu in China.

One person who managed to hold a game of hide and seek with the full cooperation of Ikea is Elise de Rijck who organised one last July at an Ikea store in Wilrijk in Belgium. Why did she want to do this?
