Sexist abuse at football is 'humiliation en masse'
Mansfield Town CEO Carolyn Radford says she has been subject to shocking sexist abuse during her time in the game.
Radford, who became the youngest CEO in British football when she took over at Field Mill, is not sure there is willingness to change whole attitudes in the game, and women have to be thick-skinned to not be affected by the "hostile territory" and taunts from male supporters.
"You're exposed and under a lot of scrutiny," she tells 5 live Sport's George Riley.
"I just try and let it go over my head, but it's very difficult."
