Mystery Coffin
Richard the Third's remains were discovered by archaeologists at Grey Friars in Leicester. But his were NOT the only bones discovered. A short distance from him lay a mysterious lead coffin - which intrigued the team of diggers. So much so, they went back for a second excavation to remove it. Almost eighteen months later, the team at the University of Leicester have finally opened it. So what's inside? Mathew Morris is the Site Director for the Grey Friars dig explains.
