For many Tanzanians, social status used to be defined by a good public sector job - being a teacher or a lawyer - but now the young are making a different choice; a choice to chase their dreams. And they are prepared to take great economic risks to achieve success. Alan Kasujja visits the Tanzanian city of Dar Es Salaam to find out what the opportunities are for young people.
