About RAF Holmpton
- Construction started in 1952
- It occupies聽30,000sq ft of space around 100ft below ground聽
- The site was operational between 1953-2014
- In 1956 it was named RAF Patrington, it wasn't until 1980 that it became RAF Holmpton
- The 2007 floods caused a two week closure of the bunker for emergency repairs
