Richard the Third Flags
Cutting, sticking, painting and drawing... Most of things children in Leicester tend to put at the top of their list of hobbies. Well, a group of them have now been given the chance to show off their skills and earn themselves a place in history. 10 schools across the city have been chosen to make medieval-style flags to meet Richard the Third when his body reaches Leicester during his funeral procession next month. Year 4 pupils at Sandfield Close Primary in Rushey Mead have accepted the challenge
