Three parent babies and anti-Semitic hate incidents

Charles explores the church's ethical dilemma of a 3 parent baby, we ask what can be done about anti-Semitic hate incidents, and what's new at St Barnabas church in Jericho.

Music and conversation from the spiritual side of life with Charles Nove. In an historic move this week, MPs have voted in favour of the creation of babies with DNA from two women and one man. It stops genetic diseases being passed from mother to child. So why are Anglicans and Catholics still opposed to the idea? Charles explores the ethical dilemma facing the church. There were a record number of anti-Semitic hate incidents in the UK in 2014, more than double the 2013 figure. As parliament prepares a plan to deal with the increase, we'll ask what can be done? And we're live at St Barnabas church in Jericho to hear a plan to put the church at the heart of community life.
