It's safer internet day An urgent care centre believes its vital to relieving pressures on A and E in coming years. And how do you like your tripe in the morning?

Two-thirds of children in the East Midlands admit to keeping things they've seen on the internet to themselves even though its made them feel uncomfortable. That's according to the charity Action for Children. It comes on Safer Internet Day - an annual campaign to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones- especially amongst children. A health service in Leicestershire will become more and more important in the next few years in helping to ease pressure on the city's Accident and Emergency department.
