Sir Jack Hayward: 'He was just adored by Wolves fans'
Wolves vice-president Baroness Rachael Heyhoe Flint gives her tribute to former chairman Sir Jack Hayward, who died on Tuesday.
She says he was treated like a saviour by Wolves fans, and tells the story of Sir Jack's journey to the Millennium Stadium for the 2003 play-off final, where, after an unplanned detour, he ended up in the heart of the Wolves fans in the lead up to the game.
"It was like the saviour had come to them. He was just adored by them, and that was his greatest, happiest moment." she says.
