Radical changes are being planned in EMAS - along with new paramedics and ambulances - as East Midlands ambulance deals with "ever increasing demand." Parents in a part of Leicester say their children's safety is being put at risk because barriers between a play area and a canal aren't good enough. Charnwood Museum in Loughborough is planning to extend and expand its Ladybird section.
